This role can be performed remotely anywhere in the US or from one of our office locations in Draper, UT or Glendale, AZ.


This role includes using common and unique sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, Facebook, various Slack channels and meet up groups. You'll find it will be important to leverage your project management, critical-thinking and organizational skills in this role. Your professionalism, impeccable follow-through, attention to detail, and good instincts will be the foundation for building and maintaining relationships; ensuring in-depth understanding of position requirements, and evangelizing process improvements to screen, interview and hire high-quality candidates. You will help advance our brand across numerous markets and communities to promote Progressive Leasing as a world class employer.


  • Manage the sourcing process using a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best talent- we're looking for a lot of unicorns!
  • Actively building a candidate pipeline to fill openings (Career Fairs, LinkedIn, ATS prospects, Github, Google, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Be a trusted adviser to our various support teams by developing strong and effective partnerships with recruiters, department leaders and employees to advance talent acquisition initiatives
  • Communicate often with candidates, recruiters and leadership (well informed candidates help build our brand and high quality communication with managers creates trust)
  • Think outside the box! Get creative and innovative in your recruiting strategies - we encourage it!
  • Supporting Career Fairs (virtually), driving qualified talent to apply
  • Creating exceptional experiences for candidates and internal partners by personalizing interactions and maintaining professionalism & timely responses
  • Promoting peer-to-peer collaboration by maintaining shared tracking mechanisms and communication
  • Attending TA team meetings & Sourcing team meetings; provide Sourcing updates, as appropriate
  • Employing continuous improvement through consistent re-assessment of sourcing plans, methods, tools and processes


  • 3+ years' of exempt level recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships
  • Strong business acumen; including strategic problem solving skills, critical thinking, highly organized and takes self-initiative
  • Strong technical aptitude and an excellent working knowledge of ATS (we use iCIMS)
  • Tech savy and experience with common sourcing tools (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to convert talent prospects into applicants
  • Ability to translate job descriptions and generate and identify qualified talent
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication, as well as organizational, time and project management skills
  • Skilled in offer negotiation and awareness of employment market trends
  • Proven experience prioritizing and managing multiple assignments concurrently, performing well under pressure, and meeting deadlines, while ensuring acute attention to detail and accuracy
  • A combination of corporate and agency/executive search experience is preferred
