Join our award-winning team in our continuous quest to deliver the most brilliant, personalized smart home experiences to people around the world.Reporting to the Manager of Inside Sales, the Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for generating revenue through consultative and technical selling while providing best in class support and service. The position will be working with existing customers (dealers/integrators) to increase sales and to promote new products and product categories. Having familiarity with a discovery to close sales process, being comfortable with high volume outbound calls and emails with a high attention to detail are key attributes for success in this position. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results. Specific ResponsibilitiesMeet and exceed sales quotas and assigned KPI’sManage a large book of B2B reseller accounts to build pipeline, track and close dealsBuild strong relationships with customers in order to become a strategic product partnerUtilize marketing data to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness Partnership, clear communication skills and consistent messaging to dealers between Inside and Outside sales teamsAbility to learn and comprehend a large range of electrical based product knowledge in order to deliver end-to-end solutionsPartner with internal teams to create synergy amongst all business initiatives Explain technical, industry and market facts to best position our products as a competitive solutionRequired QualificationsHigh School2 + years Sales ExperienceExperience with a CRM databasePipeline ManagementAbility to read and translate Data Analysis/ProcessingMust be able to speak FrenchPreferred QualificationsExperience using SalesforceExperience in consumer technology, CEDIA, or parallel industries such as security, lighting, cable/satellite#LI-LK1#LI-LK1
