Job Description:

Blueroof360 Media is currently seeking an Account Manager a focus on new client implementation. This position will be in charge of on-boarding new clients, working closely with other team members to get their website solutions up and running. Once clients are set up this person will then work with other support members to diagnose and troubleshoot basic client issues related to their websites. This will be done over chat/email/and by phone. This person will work in out Draper, Utah office and also work closely with team-members in our Washington office.ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of new accounts and be the go-to person throughout the on-boarding process. Work with designers and other team members in both Utah and Washington to coordinate design, data, and content set up. Communicate with new clients via phone and email to get their new website solution set up. Once clients are set up this position will focus on customer support, for new clients as well as current clients. This person will take ownership of issues from start to finish until the customer is taken care of. Pay is $17-$20 an hour to start, depending on experience. Schedule is M-F 9-5 for full time, part-time to be determined upon hiring.RequirementsMust be able to navigate easily between chat/email/phone conversations, sometimes all at once. Able to manage a busy workload working within specific timeframes. Excellent communication skills and people skills. This will primarily be a customer service position so prior experience is a plus. You will be answering phones and dealing with difficult clients, so you need to be able to manage stressful situations. Must be able to navigate the internet well as you will be online for most of the day. We need a self starter who can jump right in. You don't need to be overly tech-savvy, but you do need to be willing to learn. We are small but growing fast, so you will need to work at a steady pace.
