Progressive Leasing is hiring a--Director, Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, you will have a direct impact on the Company's continued success through the leadership and evolution of our customer communication strategy. This role can be performed remotely anywhere in the US or from one of our office locations in Draper, UT or Glendale, AZ. THE DETAILS In this role you will be responsible for leading a team through the continued development, and execution of a customer communication strategy, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and loyalty. You're experience in understanding and predicting the needs of customers, as well as leveraging data insights to improve the quality and impact of our customer communications across all channels (email, SMS, direct-mail, web/mobile push notifications, etc.) will contribute to your success within in this role. You will partner with leadership from Product, Technology, Operations and Data Science teams to develop an omni-channel communications strategy, and impact reporting. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Own annual invoice (sales) targets related to lead conversion and customer repeat
  • Own the annual customer satisfaction metric
  • Lead and build a customer communications (CRM) team to strengthen our relationship with previous, current, and prospective customers and drive conversion and loyalty/repeat
  • Partner with our retail marketing team to understand key sales opportunities and challenges and develop and execute CRM plans to address
  • Partner with our data science team to assess and report impact of CRM activities
  • Develop CRM capability across the organization
  • Own the marketing tech stack
  • Present results to executive level stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Domestic travel as needed, to meet with retail partners and key vendors REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • 10+ years of CRM experience, leading strategy and execution for a large-scale CRM program
    • Strong working knowledge of the marketing technology stack
    • Proven ability to understand/build, test, and iterate loyalty and referral programs
    • Demonstrated experience gathering, synthesizing, and sharing insights across an organization
    • Ability to interface effectively, build, maintain and leverage strong relationships externally and internally across business functions, including vendors
    • Must possess exceptional intellect, with decisive analytical skills and the capacity to think out-of-the-box; bringing novel solutions to overcome barriers to success
    • Possess unquestionable personal and professional ethics
    • Ability to adapt to change quickly; easily shift priorities with a can-do attitude in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
    • Superior written and oral communication skills; ability to persuasively present and communicate
    • Occasional travel as needed to support business objectives
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing , Communications or equivalent years of professional work experience -- PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE
      • Experience collaborating and coordinating in a geographically dispersed organization (US)
      • Prior Fintech or Financial Services public company experience is strongly preferred
      • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications WHAT WE OFFER
