Progressive Leasing is hiring an Executive IT Support Analyst for our headquarters in Draper, UT. This position serves as the key point of contact for day-to-day "white glove" executive support and Progressive's end user computing (EUC) environment.


Analyst duties include tracking and resolving all executive, executive assistants, and key business stakeholder EUC issues in a timely fashion. The ideal candidate must communicate, look, and act professionally at all times. They will have a desire to learn new technologies and have a strong understanding of Windows, macOS, mobile devices, LAN/WAN, printers, communication devices, A/V, and other peripherals.


  • Display world class customer focused IT support by developing and maintaining relationships within the business at all levels
  • Perform daily checks on all open executive issues ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Operational Level Agreement (OLA) compliance
  • Recommend innovative technologies that benefit the company such as automation, new hardware, and new software
  • Evaluate new technology products based on industry best practices and methodologies
  • Resolve complex issues, troubleshoot user problems at the desktop, and/or provide phone support to diagnosis remote customer issues
  • Install, support, and provide end user training for Mobile PDA devices including Apple (iPhone, iPad) and Android platforms
  • Correct hardware problems with supported desktops, laptops, and peripherals by coordinating support with OEM vendors and other internal IT support teams
  • Provide support for projects involving technical rollouts, office moves, and hardware/software upgrades
  • Participate in training programs designed to educate end users about basic and specialized applications Able to
  • Explain complex issues in an easy-to-understand manner (communicate both technically and non-technically)
  • Develop, document, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to Desktop Services
  • Provide timely remote support for traveling Executives
  • Collaborate with users to determine and understand business requirements
  • Perform analysis and makes suggestions based on business requests
  • Enhance value and disruption by confidently communicating with senior executives
  • After hours, weekend, and holiday work may be required depending on work volume, outages, and emergency situations


  • 2+ years of experience with MAC/Apple
  • 3+ years of IT experience in a multi-vendor end user computing environment
  • Experience working directly with senior executives such as VP, SVP, EVP, and C-Level executives
  • Premium customer service and organizational skills to support executives, department heads, supervisors, administrative personnel, engineers, and staff
  • Strong understanding of desktop software/hardware including printer hardware, and the subsequent implementation, support, and repair of all
  • Strong understanding of desktop operating systems from Microsoft
  • Excellent understanding of operating systems and hardware from Apple
  • Basic understanding of Linux based desktop Operating Systems
  • Basic understanding of desktop imaging technologies such as LDMS
  • Basic understanding of networking protocols, topology, and troubleshooting
  • Basic understanding of technology such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, LDAP, and ActiveSync
  • Moderate understanding of mobile technologies and their implementation in a corporate environment
  • Experience in audio/video conference technology and support
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move desktop hardware
  • Reliable transportation to and from work with light travel required for supporting satellite offices
  • Ability to provide your own transportation to and from satellite offices and transport desktop related hardware if needed
  • Associates degree in information technology or equivalent combination of education and experience in a multi-vendor end user computing environment


  • Certifications/Licenses such as Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional), CompTIA A+, etc.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to document work in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to keep up with industry trends and stay current in desktop, laptop, and tablet related technologies
