What is Customer Care - Call Center Representative do at Swire Coca-Cola?


At Swire Coca-Cola, we are proud to offer the leading soft drink brands, including Vitaminwater, POWERADE and Monster Energy. As part of the Customer Care Team you will provide outstanding service as you build relationships with customers and teammates. The Customer Care team has a set schedule, MondayFriday from 8:00 AM5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM


As a Customer Care representative, you will:

  • Complete scheduled outbound calls to obtain product orders from existing Coca-Cola customers
  • Accept inbound calls related to repair requests for Coca-Cola owned equipment
  • Ensure accuracy of product orders
  • Suggestively sell additional products which complement a customers current brand portfolio
  • Meet sales and performance goals

What we are looking for:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Can Do attitude with a focus on teamwork
  • Competitive drive to achieve goals
  • Exceptional organization and follow through
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Customer service experience, six months preferred
  • General computer knowledge
  • Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
