Installation Coordinator II
DealerTrack offers automotive dealership software solutions
specializing in Sales, F&I, Digital Retailing, Customer
Relations Management (CRM), Dealer Management Solutions (DMS) and
DealerTrack is looking for an Installation Coordinator to join our
Dealer Management Solutions (DMS) team. This is a remote position
and can be located anywhere in the US.
The Installation Coordinator II will be responsible for scheduling
installs and assigning trainers as needed. They will need to work
with other Cox Automotive business units/departments, be detail
oriented and be able to multi-task.
Salesforce, Precursive, Task-feed, Domo and MS Office will be the
core software tools used day to day.
- Support / Troubleshoot workflow issues related to scheduling in
- Work closely with team and Salesforce Software Group management
team to identify opportunities to increase efficiencies in
- Support maintenance of standard or routine changes needed
including permission sets
- Communicate insights, learnings, and results to
- Support of process creation through CRM tool
- Support team training initiatives including providing knowledge
to all supported Team Members and supporting creation of specific
- Provide prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges
and business issues
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of related/relevant work experience
- May require Technical Certification or an Associate Degree in
- Basic level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
- High attention to detail required.
- Experience using Salesforce, Precursive, Task-feed, Domo and MS
Office is preferred
