Installation Coordinator II
DealerTrack offers automotive dealership software solutions specializing in Sales, F&I, Digital Retailing, Customer Relations Management (CRM), Dealer Management Solutions (DMS) and more!
DealerTrack is looking for an Installation Coordinator to join our Dealer Management Solutions (DMS) team. This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the US.
The Installation Coordinator II will be responsible for scheduling installs and assigning trainers as needed. They will need to work with other Cox Automotive business units/departments, be detail oriented and be able to multi-task.
Salesforce, Precursive, Task-feed, Domo and MS Office will be the core software tools used day to day.
Responsibilities:


  • Support / Troubleshoot workflow issues related to scheduling in Precursive
  • Work closely with team and Salesforce Software Group management team to identify opportunities to increase efficiencies in process
  • Support maintenance of standard or routine changes needed including permission sets
  • Communicate insights, learnings, and results to management
  • Support of process creation through CRM tool development
  • Support team training initiatives including providing knowledge to all supported Team Members and supporting creation of specific training documentation
  • Provide prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues

    Qualifications:
    Required Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED required

      AND

      • 3+ years of related/relevant work experience
      • May require Technical Certification or an Associate Degree in related discipline
      • Basic level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
      • High attention to detail required.

        Preferred Qualifications:

        • Experience using Salesforce, Precursive, Task-feed, Domo and MS Office is preferred
