REQUIREMENTS: -- Must have a moderate to high-degree of computer
proficiency with an updated computer, webcam, microphone, and
mobile phone -- Must be eligible for employment in the United
States -- Must be able and willing to undergo and pass a
comprehensive background check -- Must be able to clearly and
effectively read, write, hear, speak, and professionally comprehend
the English language -- Must work to protect the legal, financial
and moral well being of the company -- Must demand the highest
ethical standards from self and others -- Must maintain composure
within the workplace and professionally represent the company
outside the workplace -- Must be willing to attend mandatory
trainings and occasional manager presentations to enhance personal

positive attitude and maintain professionalism SCHEDULE: -- Monday
through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM---subject to change DUTIES: --
Maximize production while providing superb customer service --
Educate eligible clients on benefits that are available to them,
while making sure they understand the opportunity they have to
financially protect themselves and their family -- Assist and
support the efforts of managers and agents to ensure all eligible
clients are being protected -- Maintain the ability to handle job
stress and effective interaction with managers, agents, and clients
alike -- Accurately and efficiently complete client presentations
and contracts to ensure proper coverage and protection is issued --
Follow-up with clients to ensure that policies are issued in a
timely manner -- Present all available products to each eligible
client to promote a consistent presentation and offer all
protection available -- Safeguard and secure the privacy of all
client information, files and records to maintain adherence with
all compliance regulations, rules and laws -- Expedite all client
issues utilizing all resources available -- Effectively communicate
and assist clients to provide excellent service -- Perform other
duties, as requested by management PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: -- Work
is primarily performed in an office setting---requires extended
periods of time at a computer, using electronic devices, and
sitting and/or standing -- Must maintain a highly professional
personal and immediate surroundings appearance at all times --
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, use
hands and fingers -- Required vision include close, distance,
peripheral and the ability to adjust focus -- Required to operate
computers and electronic devices in a safe manner at all times --
This role is full-time, 40-hours per-week minimum; however,
candidates may work more than 40-hours per-week JOB TYPE: --

and bonuses -- Negotiable, based on experience and performance
