Job Description Job purpose Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with orders, errors or complaints, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries. Assists Customer Service Director as required. Duties and responsibilities Take Orders: Answer questions, help troubleshoot, educate Adjust Orders: Address, Model, Size, Quality, Coupon adjustments Refund Orders: Searching platforms, issuing Return Shipping Labels, Coding, Refunding in multiple platforms Troubleshooting Orders: Assisting customer, educating customer, communicating with shipping One-on-One Communication with Customers via Live Chats, Facebook Responses, Phone, Email Operate in multiple Platforms: Facebook, Gorgias, Shipstation, PayPal, Amazon Recording data, via tagging correctly orders Reporting Data Work with Director of Customer Service to create tools and systems for team Other Duties as assigned Qualifications Customer-service skills Must be able to understand and communicate information effectively in writing, by phone, or in-person Must be customer oriented and able to adapt/respond to different types of communication styles Creating positive interactions with customers is essential Resolving Conflict Must be patient and polite, especially when interacting with difficult or hard of hearing customers. Analyzing Information Must be able to determine solutions to a customer---s problem resolving issues effectively in the combined interest of both the company and customer. Must be able to gather and input data as requested Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Google Strong phone contact skills and active listening skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Minimum of High School degree Fluent in English, Second language is a plus. Working Conditions Must be able to work 40 hours a week, temporarily remote and occasional work in office. All tools and systems needed to complete the job are provided. Including but not limited to, desktop computer or laptop and phone.
