Job Description Summary: The Anaplan Solution Architect will help Swire Coca-Cola USA build best in class tools and capabilities that support enterprise-wide planning and execution. The mission of the Anaplan Architect will be to own the solution design and deployment of our Anaplan models to drive efficiency and top line growth. Responsibilities: Own the solution design of our Anaplan model landscape Ensure the overall direction is optimized for space constraints, speed, maintainability, and user satisfaction Participate and/or lead UAT testing and deployment Develop and maintain high performance and scalable Anaplan model architecture by leading solution definition, solution architecture reviews, and model design Modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or incorporate new functionality and define the next generation of model integration Lead user groups to ensure solutions incorporate user feedback and the best decisions on design trade-offs are reached Maintain knowledge of industry trends and utilize this knowledge to educate both IT and the business on opportunities to build better Anaplan target architectures that support RGM, Commercial, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance objectives Develop model documentation Qualifications & Requirements: BS or BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent degree Minimum of 3 years of Anaplan model building experience Understanding of data architecture and integration across platforms Experience in agile development practices including leadership of user feedback groups Excellent communication skills and experience with stakeholder influencing and project management Understanding of end-to-end processes and data models, in planning (i.e., sales, finance, commercial, supply chain, workforce, etc.), forecasting, execution, and Trade Promotion Management Strong Excel analytical capability (Pivot tables, macros) and Access familiarity Strong conceptual, strategic thinking, problem solving, technical and analytical skills Technical Skill (Required): Subject matter expertise in planning and modeling in Supply Chain, Retail, Finance, or Sales Performance Management Advanced Microsoft Excel / financial modeling skills Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology - requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable) A minimum of 3 years' experience in design, building and implementation of any of the qualifying software below. -Oracle - Hyperion HFM/Hyperion Planning/ Cloud EPM SAP BPC/ SAP IBP/ SAP BI-IP/ SAP SAC / SAP Callidus. Hands-on experience with Power BI, AWS, Azure, and/or DOMO Technical Skill (Preferred): Master Anaplan Certification - An Anaplan Certified Solution Architect is an individual who has shown technical competence at the required level via successful completion of all courses that make up the Anaplan Platform Certification Path [To be considered for the Anaplan Certified Solution Architect achievement, candidates must successfully complete the curriculum as well as submit a Design Review application and fulfill an experience requirement].
