D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Representative for their Financial Services Title Department. The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing Customer relationships and soliciting new business from prospective Customers while adhering to all Company policies and government regulations. In addition, the Sales and Marketing Representative shall, through actions and conduct, create a positive image of the Company, to co-workers, Customers and others.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Calls on bankers, Realtors, lenders, attorneys to solicit new business and maintain harmonious relationships with existing Customers
Prepares and submits business activity logs and production reports (when requested)
Meets with Customers or prospects to discuss their needs and outline appropriate Company services
Assists in resolving Customer issues as directed by the Branch Manager and/or Administration
Understands and supports the financial responsibilities and goals of the Branch operation with an emphasis on revenue generation, expense control and efficiencies
Works closely with the Branch Manager in creating and implementing branch revenue goals, expense controls, the annual branch budget and strategic plan for branch business development
Coordinates and participates in business presentations, luncheons and various company promotions to solicit business and nurture relationships with Customers; represents the Company in various civic and community functions to further enhance the Company's image and develop additional business
Supports day to day branch activities as directed by the Branch Manager
Understands and is able to train real estate-related software programs, if applicable
Supports and follows all Century Title initiatives and procedures
Understands and agrees to follow all Century Title expense policy procedures


Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The employee should have knowledge of:
Proper telephone etiquette.
Basic real estate/escrow/title terminology.
English grammar, spelling and punctuation skills
Verbal and written communication skills.
The employee should have the ability to:
Work independently outside of a normal office environment with accountability for time and activities
Organize and prioritize tasks
Read, understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
