with customers via phone providing a world class experience to our
customersMeeting/Exceeding and maintain metrics as set by the
company within 90 days of hireResolving customer issues in an
efficient and proper mannerEducating the customer on business model
and any policy that would be appropriate for their concernShowing
sense of urgency by providing prompt response to customer
inquiriesProviding essential feedback regarding escalation trends,
opportunities, challenges, productivity and process
improvementSupporting customers in navigating the website and
creating accounts. Proxy login to purchase tickets for
customersEffectively use all available resources and technology
tools to resolve customer issuesEngaging and create connections
with our customersAttending and participate in weekly Huddles/1:1s

$18.50/hr. includes paid trainingAvailable Shift: Full-time
position Tues-Sat 1:30-10pm. (With the option to shift bid twice a
year)Hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days working
remotely)Weekend and/or holiday coverage is required. And shift
differential paid for all evenings and weekendsA computer and other
equipment will be provided (be sure to have a quiet and dedicated
working space when working on your remote days)Quarterly bonus
