Pivot Excavation, operating under Bach Team, LLC, is currently hiring FULL-TIME excavation laborers to work YEAR ROUND. Though we are based out of Draper, the majority of our work is in Utah County. We primarily work on large development and commercial jobs. Industry-related experience is preferred, but not required. Pay will be based on experience. We are willing to train the right candidate and to help employees grow and further their careers in the construction industry.ResponsibilitiesFollow instructions given by site ForemanShow up on time each dayHelp create a safe work environmentUse various hand and power toolsShoot gradeAssist crews in every aspect of the workManual labor including shoveling, sweeping and raking.Maintain a clean work environment
