Job Description:
We're looking for a professional, proactive, highly organized
executive assistant to play a key role in our growing team. You'll
be responsible for assisting our high-level executive with
administrative duties such as making appointments, overseeing
company meetings and events, answering phone calls, and managing
office systems, including client retention programs. If you love

Responsibilities:
--- Help prepare meetings and take detailed minutes
--- Be the main point of contact for high-level executive
--- Oversee scheduling, including arranging accommodations and
travel, managing itineraries, and setting up team meetings
--- Perform basic bookkeeping duties
--- Perform additional assigned duties from executives such as
picking up orders, handling personal mail, etc.
Qualifications:
--- Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent
certificate of completion
--- 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant
or executive assistant role, or similar
--- Experience handling confidential information and adhering to
strict deadlines
--- Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills,
interpersonal skills, and communication skills
--- Must be comfortable using Google Suite
