    Job SummaryHelping the Talent Acquisition team transition new hires into UTA, by supporting a positive candidate experience during the process of onboarding new hires. Daily activities will revolve around performing operational/administrative tasks related to transitioning newly hired professionals into UTA physical environments and systems. Some of these duties include ensuring the data entered into UTA systems is accurate so candidates make a smooth transition from candidate to employee. Other duties and responsibility may be delegated based on business needs. Minimum QualificationsEDUCATION/TRAINING
    • Associates Degree in Business or related field requiredEXPERIENCE
      • Three years in Human Resources with an emphasis on staffing.
      • Working experience in an HRIS or related software.KNOWLEDGE:
        • Working knowledge of employment/labor laws.
          SKILLS
          • MS-Office proficiency at the intermediate level in Word and Excel, and basic level in MS-PowerPoint.(Preferred)
          • Microsoft Office software proficiency at the basic level in Powerpoint (Preferred)
          • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
          • Organizational skills
            ABILITY:
            • Work in a team environment and with people under stressful situations
            • Routinely manage a high volume of requisitions at any given time-OR-An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.[UTA reserves the right to determine the equivalencies of education and experience.]As a full-time Administrative Employee, your Total Rewards Benefits Package will include:
