Job Description: NW Fleet Drivers are home every other day for least 10 hours down and after 3 rounds, reset at home Midwest/Southeast/Texas Fleet Drivers go out for 7 to 10 days and reset at home Benefits: $.45 per mile + guaranteed annual increase $25 for every dock bump Up to $.08 per mile fuel mileage bonus paid quarterly Detention at $20 an hour after 2.5 hours! $500 bonus for Driver of the Month $5000 bonus for Driver of the Year Holiday pay when out on the road Layover and breakdown pay of $150 per day Satellite Radio, Refrigerator, TV, Inverter and APU Paid Vacation 1 week after one year / 2 weeks after three years Medical, Dental and Vision paid for by the company Referral bonus program Requirements: CDL Class A 2 years Verifiable Refrigerated Freight Driving Experience No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the last 3 years No more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years Must be at least 23 years old About Us: Holman Transportation Services has been in business of over 23 years and have established a very strong customer base that has stood the test of time.
