Job Description

Expertise---On---Demand (EOD) is a prepaid, annual subscription that provides flexible access to Mandiant's industry-recognized cybersecurity expertise and threat intelligence.------In addition to access to a range of---cybersecurity---services,---the service provides---on---demand---assistance from intelligence---analysts and researchers, access to Mandiant intel holdings, daily threat media highlights and quarterly threat briefings.

What You Will Do:

As a Program Analyst---on the Expertise---On---Demand team, you will use your blend of customer service and analytical skills, cybersecurity---awareness, financial and business acumen to coordinate business operations for Expertise On Demand. This includes the quote to cash process, custom work order management, implementation of new services, revenue tracking, and reporting financials.
Support the review and approval of orders and quotes for accuracy and efficiency
Work cross-functionally with revenue teams, legal, sales and consulting management to create and approve custom work orders
Perform onboarding for new subscriptions and users
Execute month-end revenue recognition processes working collaboratively with revenue and finance management
Support monthly and quarterly audit requests in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley
Identify, document, and implement process changes - focus on continuous improvement and scalability
Assist with design and release of new consulting services


Minimum Qualifications:
Qualitative and analytical skills to disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience utilizing tools (Excel, Salesforce Reports, Power BI) to effectively present graphs, reports, and dashboards
Understanding of quote to cash process
Understanding of backend operations including Oracle/Salesforce SKU set up, pricing and governance process
Detail oriented---to support accurate financial reporting, comfortable working with data and reporting tools
Knowledge of or experience in Salesforce, Oracle, Oracle Projects, Sales Operations, or Sales Role
Excellent written English communication skills
1-2 years' experience of Sales, Finance or Customer Operations or Sales Support experience in the technology industry

Desired Qualifications:
Experience with SFDC, OpenAir and/or Oracle Projects
Strong communication, interpersonal and change management skills
Thrives in a---multi-tasking---environment
Ability to be candid yet diplomatic at the same time
Ability---to understand broader business and financial issues and juggle multiple projects and tasks
Ability to work independently and excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy

Minimum Salary: 61,700.00. Final salary will be determined commensurately with cost of living, experience level, and/or any other legally permissible considerations. Incentive Compensation: Eligibility for annual bonus subject to individual and company performance; eligibility for award of Restricted Stock Units subject to eligibility requirements, approval from Mandiant's Compensation Committee, and vesting terms.
