Compensation Analyst (Remote) to join our exciting People Team and
help Progressive Leasing grow! This role is a work from home
position and can be performed remotely anywhere in the continental
US or in one of our corporate locations in Utah or Arizona. WE ARE:

- Provide consultation, analysis, and
input on compensation policies and procedures.
- Assist in managing compensation related projects, including but
not limited to, job evaluations, market analysis, job leveling, and
management education.
- Support compensation projects from design through execution,
including modeling, project planning, communication and
training.
- Perform analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of
existing compensation programs to support the compensation
philosophy of the company.
- Participate in annual salary surveys, including preparation and
submission of all required data elements.
- Review proposed promotion and adjustments increases, make
recommendations, and counsel managers on compensation related
challenges.
- Manage all incentive programs for the company and partner with
the business to create, align, and administer incentive programs
that align with the company's goals. Calculate quarterly incentive
payment and communicate results with business leaders, as well as
provide Payroll with payout amounts.
- Administer PROG's long-term incentive plan, including annual
and off-cycle grants, annual and off-cycle vesting events, and
communications to recipients.
- Administer PROG's Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) including
bi-annual enrollments and purchases.
- Identify, develop and document procedures to streamline
compensation processes and ensure compliance with regulatory and
audit/SOX requirements.
- Partner with external vendors for compensation programs,
including employee data files from the HCM to the vendor.
- Administer annual merit process, including developing/updating
budgets, guidelines, and tools; preparing communication materials;
creating compensation statements; and analyzing and counseling
People Partners and management on recommendations.
- Keep up-to-date on federal, state, and local compensation laws
and regulations in order to ensure compliance. Advise business
leaders and People Partners of any potential implications to the
company's compensation programs.
- Partner with various teams including Accounting, Payroll,
Legal, and Audit on monthly and quarterly financial reporting,
accrual estimates, annual budget support, and compliance with
shareholder approved plansYOU'LL BRING
- 1+ years' experience in Compensation, Finance or data
analysis
- Experience with equity administration a plusExcel skills
requiredDemonstrated analytical abilities Ability to function in a

skillsExperience successfully navigating competing priorities and

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business
Administration, or another field that uses quantitative analysis,
