SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must work well with others and function as a team member. Willing to learn new skills and perform tasks in a timely and safe manner, including the ability to work on ladders and scaffoldings, use power tools and equipment, and operate company vehicles in a variety of weather conditionsMust have at least mid-level maintenance skills, and be able to effectively perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the following: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, high quality finish carpentry skills, drywall and various texturingMust be service-oriented and self-motivatedAdministrative- Able to complete administrative duties in allotted time.Must have valid driver's licenseBe willing to perform other duties as assignedWork schedules will include night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Work schedules may change to meet the demands of the business needsBasic hand tools required, specialty tools providedWill work with various chemicals including pool chemicals, concrete sealers and painting products. Must follow OSHA PPE protocolsMust be flexible to work in various Deer Valley locations and various shiftsMust be able to perform heavy lifting, strenuous work such as snow removalWork indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, high quality finish carpentry skills, drywall and various texturingCPO certified in maintaining balanced pools and hot tub chemicalsPerform grounds maintenance snow removal and ground care in the winter and landscaping tasks in summerPaint interiors and exteriors when neededElectrical: HVAC - Understands electrical systems and HVAC systems. Troubleshooting, service, and repair of pumps, condensers, motors, lighting and 3 phase electrical panels and circuitsPlumbing: Install faucets, seats, drain seals. Remove/install toilets, auto flushers. Troubleshoot drainage problems, water leaks, lack of water and effect repairsCarpentry: Understand woodworking and carpentry. Work on cabinetry, counters, walls, stairs and doorsDrywall repair and painting Hourly Pay Rate: $23.00 - $26.00
