We need someone who has a level of responsibility to assist with our inventory planning, incoming logistics, fulfillment logistics, and to coordinate with our 5 global 3PL partners. -This individual will work closely with our order coordinator and sales teams to accomplish the company's operational goals while maintaining a strong work life balance.Job Responsibilities

• Update master record of inventory levels, incoming shipments, and sell through data.
• Place purchase orders for new inventory
• Coordinate inventory transfers between warehouses
• Arrange documentation for shipments, including import/export documents.
• Troubleshoot order fulfillment issues
• Work with accounting team on shortage and violation chargeback resolutionsRequired Skills
  • Basic knowledge of international logistics.
  • 1-3 years operations, logistics, or inventory planning experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present results to executive teamPreferred Skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics BC
    • Excel experience and expertise
