We make it beautiful when we inspire those around us to find good moments in the everyday.Responsibilities:Own the accounting inventory function and ensure that all inventory transactions are recorded accurately and completely in accordance with company policy and GAAP in the accounting system.Verify inventory counts and record adjustments to inventory levels for items that have been used, damaged, or lost.Assist in planning, gathering data, reconciling and the inventory / cycle count process.Create inventory processes and procedures in compliance with GAAP.Calculate and track inventory reserves and analysis.Oversee inventory management issues (physical counts, inventory movements/errors, etc.)Continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process.Perform month end inventory reconciliations.Operate with business partners to create compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls and provide support on special requests.Assist with internal and external audits as needed.Backup key functions of the month-end close process.Ad-hoc projects as necessary.Qualification:Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing across departments.Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.Analytical skills to identify inventory issues, propose potential solutions, and perform trend analysis.Minimum 3-5 years of overall general accounting experience.Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills.Outstanding skills in analyzing financial data and promptly generating accurate reports.Experience with NetSuite, Microsoft Office, Excel and SnapFulfill preferred.Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.A team player that can thrive in a fast-paced environment.CPA license preferred.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:MedicalDentalVisionPTO401kQuarterly BonusesMcGee is proud to be an equal opportunity employer - we see the beauty of celebrating our teams' differences, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
