Job Description:

The Business Intelligence Team works with data from the source all the way to visualizations presented to business owners. We work with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Finance and Executive leadership to scope and define projects, load data from the source, transform the data and then create visualizations.

This position is open to remote, in-office or hybrid.

What You Will Own

• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for key initiatives
• Partnering with business leaders from different functional areas (product, sales, marketing, finance, etc.) to determine current and future needs
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data.
• Bridge the gap between business strategy and data architecture
• Creating stories from the data based on specifications from stakeholders What you will need to accomplish the job (minimum qualifications)
  • 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar related roles
  • Exposure with visual tools (Domo, Tableau, Looker)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to guide an audience through clear, concise communication and decision making
  • Demonstrate creative problem solving and independently generate solutions using analytical skills and business knowledge
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment that fosters change, creativity, and flexibility
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to varied requirements
  • Ability to demonstrate experience and acumen in the following areas would be considered:
    • Information Technology
    • Data Analysis
    • Databases and SQL What will make us love you (preferred qualifications)
      • Experience defining scope and requirements for projects
      • Experience working with key decision makers and driving strategy
      • Experience doing analytics for payments processing data
      • Wide variety of business data experience (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, etc.)
      • Experience or exposure to Domo and/or Salesforce
      • Experience working with APIs
      • Familiar with web technologies (Javascript, Html, CSS), scripting and big data technologies (Java, Python, R, Spark, Big Query, etc.)
      • Experience with statistical methodologies
      • Exposure to Data Science, Data Modeling and analytics
