Job Description:As a Product Analyst on our Skills Analytics
team, you will play a critical role in helping users achieve their
goals. You will partner with product teams to drive product
strategy and product development through data-informed insights and
recommendations. This entails structuring, scoping, and conducting
analyses to deepen our understanding of the product, evaluate
product outcomes, and discover opportunities to deliver better

- Build strategic partnerships with product leaders, product
managers, designers, and engineers
- Generate user behavior and product engagement insights to
inform product strategy, identify product opportunities, and
prioritize these opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams throughout the product
development process to validate hypotheses with data, including
designing and measuring the impact of A/B experiments
- Define, measure, visualize, and evaluate product outcomes
- Review analytics implementation to ensure creation of high
quality data
- Craft informational and intuitive data visualizations and
self-service dashboards that provide partners with up-to-date
insightsExperience you'll bring:
- Experience using analytics to solve business problems with
data
- Proficient in Tableau (or similar BI tool) for data
visualization
- Experience using R, and/or Python for statistical analysis is a
plus
- Understanding of web analytics tracking and event / metadata
tagging strategies is a plusRequirements:
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent
experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
- Proficient in SQL and web analytics (e.g. Adobe Analytics,
Amplitude, Heap, Google Analytics)
- Demonstrated ability to structure analyses and generate
relevant insights to achieve business and product goals
- Excellent at communicating complex analyses to a non-technical
audience and telling compelling stories with data insights and

this role is $84,9000- $104,800 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary
based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail

business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary,
this role may also be eligible for benefits and
