As a Customer Service Representative you will take inbound calls to assist customers by answering questions regarding their lease agreement, help manage customer payment scheduling, process payments, and close paid leases. Hourly pay * starting at $16/hour day of employment * depending on qualifications and experience.
**Eligibility for performance bonus each month on top of an hourly rate.**
Full-time positions are available now!
We are closed on Sundays and you are only required to work 2 Saturdays a month.
The Customer Service Department is open Monday - Friday from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Job Requirements:
Position Functions
Perform inbound calls with any applicable party, in this position you will rarely make any outbound calls
Help customers process new payments and manage lease payment schedules
Coordinate with other departments to best meet the customer's needs
Provide outstanding and caring customer support to all customers
1-year experience of customer service in a call center is preferred, but not required.
Fluent in English
English and Spanish speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
Excellent phone etiquette and demonstrated customer service skills
Reliable - great attendance & time management
Computer savvy; ability to type 40 WPM to 60 WPM is preferred
Basic mathematical knowledge of percentages and payment processes
Strong oral and written communication skills
Effective listening skills with the ability to act on what is learned
