As a Customer Service Representative you will take inbound calls
to assist customers by answering questions regarding their lease
agreement, help manage customer payment scheduling, process
payments, and close paid leases. Our Customer Service
Representatives provide world-class, professional support and
service to our valued customers.

Hourly pay * starting at $16/hour day of employment * depending on
qualifications and experience.

The Customer Service Department is open Monday - Friday from 6:00
am to 7:00 pm and Saturday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Perform inbound calls with any applicable party, in this position
you will rarely make any outbound calls
Help customers process new payments and manage lease payment
Coordinate with other departments to best meet the customer's
