You generate business by conducting roof assessments and helping homeowners invest in quality roofing systems that fit their needs. Following our sales process, you achieve revenue goals and exceed customers' expectations for quality and professionalism.In addition to in-person assessments, you attend professional roofing trainings, compile thorough estimates, and contribute your positive energy to our team's culture. You thrive on the challenge of going above and beyond to achieve your goals!QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient with customer relationship management (CRM) software, Google suite, Office 365, and Zoom
• Basic knowledge about roofing and construction
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to lift over 50 lbs, walk on roofs, and climb around atticsA college degree is preferred. Are you confident and assertive? Can you comfortably work both independently and as part of a team? Are you able to effectively and persuasively communicate technical information to a layperson? Do you get satisfaction from making customers happy? Are you driven to consistently perform at a high level? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position!WORK SCHEDULEFor this full-time position, you get to set your own schedule!
