Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Contract length: 6 months (Potential to extend)
Location: REMOTE AFTER TRAINING (Come in and train for 60 days in
office and then remote, trained on site and resources to understand
material and subject matter, Have to prove you can hit certain
metrics, attendance, schedule adherence, customer quality, and
survey scores)
Start Date: 7/11
Training: 5 week training is Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Shift:7 days a week 7AM-7PM, candidates will receive a schedule
that is 5 days a week, 8 hours a day between these days. We can
take preferences
A lot of schedule variations for optum and get to pick the one
that's best for you. Ask that you are flexible with days of the
week or hours (EX: Can't work weekends then can work Mon-Fri
between the times of 7-7)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.
