About the Role:

Capital Energy is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Trainees in our door-to-door solar sales program. No prior experience is required-just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the drive to succeed.



What You'll Do:



--- Engage with homeowners in designated territories to educate them on the benefits of solar energy.
--- Generate and qualify leads through direct sales efforts.
--- Schedule and attend consultations to guide customers through the solar conversion process.
--- Work closely with mentors and team leaders to develop sales techniques and industry knowledge.
--- Meet and exceed performance goals in a competitive yet supportive environment.


What We Offer:

--- Commission-Only Pay Structure: Earn based on your performance, with expected earnings between $50,000 - $120,000 per year.

--- No prior sales experience is required, but previous customer-facing roles are a plus.

Responsibilities:

--- Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met
--- Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services
--- Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
--- Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory
--- Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM


Qualifications:

--- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred
--- Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
--- Experience using a CRM is preferred
--- Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years
--- Applicant must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
