for a dynamic and visionary Business Development Director. This
role provides an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned
professional to contribute to our strategic expansion in the
renewable energy market. The ideal candidate will have a proven
track record in B2B sales, management, and a deep understanding of
the solar and wind energy sectors. Responsibilities: 1. Develop
strategic plans to boost the company's market presence in the
renewable energy sector, particularly in solar and wind energy. 2.
Lead and manage the business development team to achieve sales
targets and expand the company's customer base. 3. Identify new
business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and
profitability. 4. Leverage market research and competitive analysis
to inform business decisions and strategy development. 5. Build and
maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including
customers, partners, and industry leaders. 6. Collaborate with
other departments to ensure alignment of company goals and
strategies. 7. Represent the company at industry events,
conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and products. 8.
Oversee the preparation and submission of proposals and bids for
new business opportunities. 9. Monitor and report on sales
performance analytics and market trends. 10. Ensure compliance with
industry regulations and company policies. Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. An MBA
or related advanced degree is preferred. 2. Minimum of 7 years of
experience in business development, sales, or related role in the
renewable energy sector. 3. Proven track record in B2B sales and
managing a successful sales team. 4. In-depth knowledge of the
renewable energy market, particularly solar and wind energy. 5.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills. 6. Strong
negotiation and relationship-building skills. 7. Excellent
analytical and strategic planning skills. 8. Proficiency in using
CRM software and other sales tools. 9. Outstanding communication
and presentation skills. 10. Ability to travel as needed to meet
with clients and partners. 11. Passion for renewable energy and a
