day. Job Description The Account Manager - Sporting Goods will be
responsible for driving growth within U.S.-based sporting goods and
outdoor retail accounts. This role supports and manages day-to-day
account activity while developing new business opportunities within
assigned accounts. Working closely with marketing teams, the
Account Manager plays a critical role in executing sales strategy,
maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring operational
excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales

Responsibilities: Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our
overall success. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team
Trove will include: Manage and grow assigned domestic sporting
goods retail accounts through proactive communication, relationship
building, and prospecting. Support key accounts with order
management, forecasts, item setup, pricing updates, and promotional
execution Identify and pursue incremental sales opportunities,
including line extensions, replenishment opportunities, and new
product introductions Partner cross-functionally with operations,
demand planning, marketing, and finance to ensure accurate
forecasting and on-time fulfillment Prepare sales presentations,
account recaps, and internal reporting to support account strategy
and decision-making Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer
records, communications, and activity within the CRM system Respond
promptly to customer inquiries related to orders, inventory
availability, product information, and account status Support field
sales and leadership with account analysis, sales tracking, and
execution of account initiatives Meet or exceed assigned sales
targets and performance metrics Uphold company standards for brand
representation, professionalism, and confidentiality Qualifications
We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal
expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re
looking for someone with the following skills and experience: 3-5
years of inside sales or account support experience, preferably
within sporting goods, fitness, outdoor, or consumer products
Experience selling to or supporting domestic retail accounts
(sporting goods retail strongly preferred) Bachelor’s degree in
business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong customer-focused selling and relationship management skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Close attention to detail with strong organizational and
time-management abilities Ability to analyze sales data and
identify growth opportunities Comfortable working in a fast-paced,
team-oriented environment Proficiency with CRM systems and
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Self-motivated,
positive, and eager to grow within a sales organization Additional
