We are seeking an Operations and Maintenance Analyst (Field Support Specialist) to assist in monitoring our solar sites maintenance across the nation. This position will be based in Salt Lake City, UT, but may require the monitoring of East Coast time zone projects If you are looking for a career in renewable energy, we will happily train someone that excels in problem-solving and communication. You have a proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot information and a genuine interest in a career in renewable energy. If you don't have experience in our field, we will train you to become familiar with solar field monitoring to assist in keeping our sites generating power at the highest level. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to - Become familiar with specific site configurations and assist in optimizing systems for best performance. Daily monitoring of SCADA platforms for alarms and site issues. Identify root cause of outages and notify field technicians to minimize equipment downtime. Create tickets to record communications with stakeholders. Track and report on contract compliance obligations. Service reports review. Work with 3rd party maintenance contracts. Dispatch internal and external field technicians to troubleshoot sites that are offline or underperforming. Qualifications - (none are required) Wind, Solar, and/or Solar Storage Field Service experience is a strong plus. Electronic Technician or Electrician experience is a strong plus.
